Concept render of a matte grey adventure helmet on a rock at dusk with the thin Tron Talk intercom, edged in an orange accent line, mounted low on its side.

In development · waitlist open

Thin enough to forget it's there.

Tron Talk is a motorcycle helmet intercom that targets 6.5 mm on the Basic and 9 mm on the Pro. A Cardo Packtalk Pro stands about 35 mm off your helmet with its mount. Group voice, one glove-friendly button, no monthly fees, ever.

The whole pitch

Millimeters are the product.

An intercom lives on the side of your helmet for every mile you own it. We started with the dimension you feel most, how far it sticks out, and engineered everything else around it. Drag through the three silhouettes; they are drawn to one shared scale.

Drawn to one scale in both directions. Basic and Pro figures are design targets. Packtalk Pro: body 84 × 46 × 23 mm as published by Cardo; about 35 mm off the helmet with its mount.

Group setup

Joining a group is tapping a link.

01

One rider shares a link

From the app, straight into your group chat.

02

Everyone taps it

No pairing order. No button sequences.

03

Everyone's in the group

Gloves stay on. The ride starts.

Other intercoms make you pair devices in a specific order, at a gas station, wearing gloves. We think a link is enough. This is the planned design; the app does not exist yet.

The line

Three tiers. One body.

Every Tron Talk unit shares the same 90 × 30 mm body, one USB-C port, 45 mm speakers and a single glove-friendly button. The difference is the radio, and the enclosure.

Quick answers

What riders ask first.

What does it cost?

Tron Talk Basic is planned at $99, Tron Talk Pro at $150 and Tron Talk Carbon at $200. There is no subscription and no monthly fee of any kind. These are planned prices, not offers.

Does Basic work without cell signal?

No. Basic runs group voice through your phone, so it needs cell coverage. Pro and Carbon talk rider-to-rider over their own radio and work with no cell signal at all.

Will it fit my helmet?

Two mounts are planned for the box: a clip that slips under the helmet padding at the lower rim, and strong adhesive tape. The design is meant for full-face, modular and open-face helmets. Fit has not been tested across helmets yet.

Is it waterproof?

The design target is IP67 water resistance. That is a target, not a certified result.

Straight talk

Where this actually stands.

Tron Talk is in development. The product is not manufactured yet, the imagery on this page is concept render, and every specification here is a design target, not a measured result.

We are not taking money: no pre-orders, no deposits, no reservation fees. When the crowdfunding campaign launches, the waitlist hears first. That is the whole deal.
